Refund Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS, and EXCHANGES are accepted for up to 7 business days of customer's original purchase (with receipt or tracking number) for unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and non-modified merchandise. All merchandise must remain in its original packaging or with original packaging fully intact (including all tags).

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to any and all returns WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Sunika Sneakers  waives the right to refuse any and all returns if the originally ordered merchandise remains available in inventory and the order can be fulfilled (based on size exchange, etc). Sunika Sneakers refuses all refunds and exchanges on the grounds of the customer wanting to exchange 'older' merchandise for 'newer' merchandise within the 14 business day purchasing window.

The customer's return shipping WILL NOT be returned for any purchases. Furthermore, Sunika Sneakers  WILL NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for SALE ITEMS,HARD LAUNCH PRODUCT or INTERNATIONAL ITEMS. Additionally, ALL SALES ARE FINAL on Sunika Sneakers s sale items (this includes and is not limited to 'Instagram last sizes' and 'Twitter last sizes').

In the event that Sunika Sneakers  fulfills a customer's order in error (wrong size, wrong color, wrong product, etc), Sunika Sneakers will facilitate an exchange to fulfill the originally purchased order; restocking fee will not be applied and Sunika Sneakers will maintain the customer's shipping costs for this fulfillment. This clause applies solely to domestic Cx's only. NOTE: It is the sole responsibility of our non-domestic (international) Cx's to ship the erroneous order/product to our facility; at which point a return/exchange/fulfillment will be facilitated (including a reimbursement for return shipping; on a case-by-case basis).

All returns will be offered via STORE CREDIT ONLY; in the form of a Sunika Sneakers  gift certificate for the amount of the returned merchandise (minus restocking fee and shipping costs). The aforementioned gift certificate will be valid for up to one calendar year on and cannot be applied to in-store purchases, phone orders, or limited launch products.

All returns/exchanges are handled on a case by case basis at the discretion of the retailer. Sunika Boutique reserves the right to deny any returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds [if accepted/honored] will be processed at the moment of return. The customer will be responsible for all return shipping fees to our facility- Sunika sneakers is also not responsible for refunding original shipping for returned product.

Any items listed as 'SALE items' or a discount code was used are not refundable and will not be accepted as a return; no exceptions. Further, any products returned to our facility without prior contact being made to a Sunika retail associate or store management will not be honored; product will be restocked into our inventory and NO REFUND WILL BE PROCESSED. Again, any 'blind' returns shipped to our facility without proper documentation or prior contact made to our facility WILL NOT BE HONORED.

International Buyers: Depending on your location, you may be held responsible for any applicable customs and/or duties on your order. If you have questions about customs and duties fees please contact your local customs office. Packages that are returned due to duties unpaid will be refunded upon receipt minus any fees to reimport the items. Shipping fees will not be refunded. In many cases, the cost to retrieve the items back to Sunika will be more than the value of the actual product(s). In these cases, the package will be abandoned and there will not be any reimbursement. We will reach out to you before a package is abandoned to facilitate payment of duties/taxes so you can retrieve the item(s). This will also apply to any refused packages. Please note that refused packages are a choice by the buyer and that most chargeback and PayPal cases in these scenarios are successfully challenged by our customer service team. Please do your best to help us help you resolve these situations.

 In the event that your package is lost or stolen after delivery.You will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier.In the event that the customer did not purchase the "SUNIKA package protection " You will only to able to receive the maximum amount of the carrier payout.

Sunika Package Protection will cover any lost or stolen package. This  is a extra fee that the customer can add for 1% charge  of total cart value at time of check out.

At the time of your return, you will be issued an online gift certificate valid for for the price of the returned merchandise (if criteria is met), minus the shipping costs and 15% restocking fee. Your online gift certificate will then be e-mailed to the e-mail address you provided.
